Charging the battery

The machine can be charged on the dock or by plugging the charger directly to the machine as shown below.

The light on the charger will show when the machine is being charged and will go out when fully charged.

Option 1

Charging, low charge.
Charging, medium charge.
Charging, nearly full.
No light indicates the battery is fully charged.
A flashing red light indicates that there is a fault, please call the Dyson Helpline.
A flashing red then blue light indicates that there is a fault, please call the Dyson Helpline.

Option 2

Attaching to docking station. Removing from docking station.

 

  • Plug the charger into a wall socket.
  • The battery should be fully charged after 5 hours

Charging, low charge.
Charging, medium charge.
Charging, nearly full.
No light indicates the battery is fully charged.
