Dyson is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy explains what sort of information we collect about you, how we use the information we collect about you, how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information. It also sets out the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

Transborder data flow
Your personal data is transferred to and held in our Atlanta and Maryland-based databases in the United States. That data is held and remains subject to principles of fair handling which are substantially similar to New Zealand’s National Privacy Principles and which comply with the OECD Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy and Transborder Flows of Personal Data.

Clickstream Data
Each time you visit the Dyson web-site ("Site") our server collects some anonymous information, known as click-stream data, including the type of browser and system you are using; the address of the site you have come from and move to after your visit; the date and time of your visit; and your server's IP address. We may collect this information for statistical purposes to find out how the Site is used and navigated, including the number of hits, the frequency and duration of visits, most popular session times.
