Remove clear bin and check cyclone

Remove the clear bin

• Fully push the red bin release lever away from the handle of the machine.

• Press and hold the red catch on the underside of the bin and slide the bin off the machine.

Check bin seals

• Check the seals around the top of the bin where it fits to the machine and check the seals around the rim of the bin lid for any damage.

Check the cyclone shroud and inlet

• With the bin removed, check that there is no build up of dust and debris around the cyclone shroud. Remove as necessary.
• With the machine facing away from you, on the right hand side of the cyclone you will find a small inlet.
• Check the inlet for any dust, debris, or fibres, and remove as necessary.

• Re-assemble and test the machine.

• Has checking the cyclone resolved the issue?
