Washing the brushbars
Turn the cleaner head upside down so the underside of the cleaner head is facing you.
Rotate the end cap to the open position.
WARNING: Beware of sharp objects when checking for blockages.
Rotate the end cap to unlock and remove.
Gently slide the large brushbar away from the cleaner head and remove the end cap from the brushbar.
Lift the smaller brushbar up to remove.
Wash both the large and small brushbar until the water runs clear.
Stand both brushbars upright, leave to dry completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
Re-fit the small brushbar first by inserting the round end of the small brushbar into place. Push down the octagonal end until it clicks into place.
Re-attach the end cap to the large brushbar.
Slide the large brushbar back onto the cleaner head around the motor. Once in place rotate the end cap back into the closed position.
Close the fastener by turning a quarter turn clockwise. Ensure that the fastener is fully turned and that both the base plate and brushbar is secure.
